Garfield Heights, Ohio

Hey everyone. I have been looking at the Cleveland market to invest in. I have heard from a couple of members here that they are not very fond of the Garfield Heights area.... I would like to know what your opinion is on this - pros and cons, perhaps? I'd appreciate it.

@Account Closed Garfield is between a C & B class neighborhood in my opinion. Whether it's C+ or B- is all semantics. I find it to be a step above the Old Brooklyn neighborhood in Cleveland. The rents are higher and housing stock is not as old. The taxes are much higher though.
