If I am buying house on a plan, could i still face a bid war?
Hey all,
If I want to buy a new townhouse or a new home from a builder through plans, is there a possibility of other buyers coming in and making counters on it as well?
For More Context:
I’m looking at older and newer townhomes in Seattle and they are close enough in price ranges so im considering a new townhome on a plan.
Also, if im going to move forward with this, would I still need to work with an agent of my choice or will builders generally already be partners with a firm?
Thanks all!
Ivan
