Just starting out in rentals
Hello
Just taking the time to introduce myself. My wife and I are a young newly wed in central NY with a plan to buy rentals. I currently work in the construction field and have gained a decent amount of knowledge in regards to residential construction. I have been self-employed operating under a DBA in the field. I am also wrapping up my bachelors of science degree is Finance. In short, I have a lot of passion and drive however, I also know I have a lot to learn. Does anyone have some advice that I can take with me on my journey? Thanks everyone!
