@Dena Puliatti

Good morning Dena! Thank you for reaching out! How long. Have you been a property manager in this area? Any words of advice for someone starting out in this area?

Thank you for your time!

Hey everyone,

So my wife and I have experience with having a DBA and understand how an LLC works. We have begun looking for our first rental property and want to get a head start on the buisness side if it. I really want to grow it into a buisness in the long run to branding and structure is inorotant upfront to me. At first we are just going to have the homes in our name and not worry about the risk. I know there is risk having the houses in our name. But until we can get them into an LLC easily we were thinking of just having a DBA to have a company that looks legit. So the question is, what happens if i get my DBA in central Ny and then buy a house out of state. Can i use my DBA or do I need to get another DBA in that state? Doesn anyone have experience with this? Or thoughts on how to proceed?

Thank you!

Hey everyone,

I was listening to a money podcast and i heard them talking about Mint. I went and looked at it, reveiws seemed great. I set it up qoth just a couple of accounts to see how it operates and I really love the platform. Im a pie chart geek and love seeing it soit data out so quickly. My question is though, how secure is it. I started having seconds thoughts and wanted to know if anyone else has had some experience or oppinions on it. Is it wise to use Mint?

@Edgar Martin Is there a difference between the accounts as far as how liquid they are? Doesn't appear to me that there is. Thanks!
