Tax foreclosure getting title ny
Hi -BPers
I have been buying tax foreclosures for years and has been very profitable. It’s not only way I buy but one of them. I bought a condo and a house last year and I waited til they were seasoned. I went to get title but I was explained that they now underwrite these 30000 houses now like any other house. Mind you I have bought and seasoned and cash out refi many times houses and condos that I bought from tax auction. The underwriting is the only thing that is holding me up from redoing my last batch of tax auctions. I’m in dutchess ny. Any one have any thoughts
