How to appeal property tax increase in Florida when live in TX

Hello BPers,

Please advise how to how to appeal property tax increase in Flordia while leaving out of a state of Flordia? I read about VAB but seems it only in-person?

Any ideas are much appreciated!

P.S. Question is for 2-4Unit property an increase from $1500 to $2500

    Yep, in person. Also, do you have a valid argument for why your property is less than the Value the county has?

    To be clear; the valuation comps the county is Required to use are sales that occurred in the last quarter of 2017, when values are determined for 2018.  Any sales/comps this year are irrelevant.
