What siding for Rehab?

We are buying a property in North Edison, NJ.  Looking to flip this property.  What kind of sidings do you normally use for flips?

Any particular company and kind?

House is two story 1500 Sq Ft.  Part of existing siding will need to be torn off, other half we should be able to put it over the existing siding.
