Driveway Easement I need YOUR advice!

I am purchasing an investment property to flip and there is a permanent driveway easement (10' section to the right of the property) that grants property where i'm purchasing access to driveway (it is not shared with neighbor). 

Do you foresee this being an issue for buyers on the backend? It benefits my property so I didn't think so...

Driveway on the left is the one I am purchasing. Driveway on the right is neighbors property who granted the permanent easement to us.
