Memphis Invest - Turn Key investing

I have recently learned of a company called Memphis Invest, after learning about Morris Invest and how that was a bust I was hoping someone can shed light on Memphis Invest in regards to their legitimacy and their functionality.

Well the two could not be farther apart.. Morris is a marketing guy who did not know what he did not know and even when he learned what a mess he put people into he kept on selling the same stuff..  I think his best days are behind him and I think he is probably going to have some pretty rough months years ahead on the legal front.

Memphis invest is one of the oldest and most established turnkey companies in the US.. very well integrated in there form and function.... 

These two companies just simply could not be polar opposite..
