@Eamonn McElroy thank you!

@Basit Siddiqi thank you!

@Lance Lvovsky what if I am a US citizen living overseas. So I have no documented US income.

I am looking to begin flipping homes. As far as I know it can be boiled down to:

Purchase

Renovate

Sell

I would like to know what legal procedures and taxes are involved in the process, considering I am acting as a private individual and not as an LLC.

Hello all,

I am looking for referrals to realtors who work with US citizens living abroad. While I'm on the topic, I also need lawyers, property managers and accountants who offer the same services, but it stands to reason that the realtor would have connections with people who provide those services considering they are used to dealing with overseas clients.

OBVIOUSLY google is a fantastic tool for research, but I am a person who cherishes the value of word-of-mouth. Call me old fashioned.

all you kids at your age are so FAR ahead of us old geezers we did not have the internet there was no real financing .. hell I was still using carbon paper when I started in this game and was your age :)

keep at it you will be a rock star before you know it.. also keep in mind what your buying today you will NOT being buying in 5 years.. its a natural progression.. you will be looking at other cool deals and other ways to make money in and around real estate that do not include tenants.. that's been my experience and many of my cleints.

 Can you please explain what you meant in the first paragraph? What do you mean by buying notes that make money, then add 10k?

It sounded to me like Morris invest is a bit of a Ponzi scheme, just from the way I heard people talk about it.
