Looking to Invest in Indianapolis

Hello BP! I'm looking to gain some information regarding Indianapolis. I'm considering investing in the area as it seems very good for cash flows and price to rent ratios, in addition to the growing economy. I would love to hear from any investors in the area on what areas of Indianapolis they've had success in and which they would avoid, etc. Also looking to network with realtors, PM's, and lenders in the area!

Thanks!

@Michael Geraci I think Indianapolis can be a great market to invest in, but it depends on your strategy and what kind of investing you want to do and how involved you are ready to be.  What are you looking to do - flip, buy and hold (turnkey or with repairs needed) or something else?
