CMA's in Alabama not showing Sold Price

My wife is a Real Estate Agent in Texas and has full access to the MLS in Texas. We have recently been searching for the MLS in the Birmingham, Alabama area...it's called RPR (Realtor's Property Resource). We've been able to pull some CMA's through that, however in the Recent Solds....none of them list what the Sold Price is. Are we missing something to get this info?

We appreciate any help or insight!

Replied

I am not a realtor, so I have to go to realtor.com or even Redfin for the information that is not available on Zillow. As a side note, I read the book by one of the founders of Zillow about how they update their databases every night and then I checked the value of my wife's house on Zillow and it was way off so I do not trust them anymore. I have to crosscheck and verify.
