US taxes with foreign real estate investments

Hi! I am looking for some help on several properties that I own in India that I own outright. I understand how to get the properties sold in India and get the money transferred into the US and paying the least taxes but what I want to do is put that property under my LLC and have use it as a business deductions. The income that will funnel into the US I am planning on funneling right back into the economy similar to what I do in India through real estate investing and renting. If anyone has experience in foreign properties and transferring the money and experience with as I have described I would love some guidance.
