Using Tyrannosaurus Rex to Stage Home? Got something better?

I came across this article about an agent who used this huge T Rex to help market this home.  Call it a gimmick if you want but she got 45 showings was under contract in 2 days!

I'm interested to see what other creative, outside-the-box methods the BP community has used in the past to market their properties to attract tenants or buyers.
