So what quick mortgage spreadsheet do people use to write one from their company to themselves? I have heard that your company can write a mortgage to you, then you have the cash to buy a property. The turn around time is quicker and you do not have to wait 6 months to Refi, once your done with rehab set up a refi.

Rate and term refinance has no seasoning and that is the purpose of this strategy.
