203K Loan - is this possible?
Hey all I have a question about the 203k loan...
I'm looking to partner with a friend who has a work visa for the USA (he's lived there for 2-3 years already) but doesn't have a green card. We want to buy a 3/4 plex in FL and he can live in one of the units.
Would he still be eligible to take out the loan and have his name on the deed even though he doesn't have a green card?
Also does anyone have any details of FL based specialists in this loan type they can recommend?
