Finding Wholesale Homes

Kyle Mcafee
Posted

I am trying to determine the best way to find wholesale single family home deals for rehab and resale. I'm a real estate agent in Texas so I can do the comps on homes to project ARV but don't know how to find the wholesale homes to begin with.

@Kyle Mcafee There is no such thing as "wholesale homes".......a property becomes a wholesale deal/off-market deal through marketing efforts and negotiations. Finding these types of properties has nothing to do with real estate and everything to do with Marketing!! If you're looking to buy one of these for yourself you might want to connect with the local wholesalers in your area.
