Getting a Heloc on in a property held in my LLC

I am trying to get a HELOC on on house that is owned by my LLC. I am getting turned down at every lender. I have over 100k in EQUITY in the house. Any suggestions where I can get a HELOC? id like to take 50k and invest in another rental property here in Nevada.
