Great info, thanks to all of you. Lawers Title in Nevada has agreed to close the deal. It seems I will have to jump through some hoops. As the trustee (My LLC is the benificiary) I thought it would be simpler.

I dont want to have to "Deed Out" of the trust. it shouldnt be necessary.

I know , i bought it in a trust.  The title insurance underwritters say "no way". I am confused.

I am trying to sell my house (traditional buyer) it is in a land trust, I am the Trustee, but the title company in Nevada wont underwrite a property in a trust.  What can I do??

Hi Peter, whats your take on the market there.  Im looking at a few properties to add to my rental portfolio. Possibly even moving there this year. Any insight would be awsome.  Also, can you recomend an agent? im just working on my own at the moment.

Could someone please tell me the different tax implications of income from a) my single family rental and b) the income I receive from my k1 partnership in a multi family apartment, and c) income from loans made I.e mortgage notes.
