Virtual Wholesaling..PLEASE HELP W/BASIC STEPS
Step by step:
1. So you lock up the deal under contract
2. then get pictures
3. Then market to buyers
4. Does the buyers choose the closing title company/attorney? How is that figured out???
5. Call title company/attorney and make sure the non refundable deposit is in and that buyer started the closing process? (Title search etc)....??
AM I MISSING SOMETHING???
