Hi,
I have read discussions in this forum that rental investment in Phoenix area is fetching good ROI. I am based in Illinois and would be interested to invest in multi unit property in Phoenix if ROI is good for multi unit. In order to do research which site I should look for investment opportunities in Phoenix area? I appreciate any feedback. Thanks

Jack, if you ever need any help/info opinions on anything here in Phoenix, send me a pm and I'll give ya my #. My help is free and I don't expect anything in return. I just like that others find my hometown attractive and don't mind helping the non-tire kickers.

I'm not a wholesaler looking to sell ya crap props either, I just know my town like no one else does.
