How to Structure Seller Financing on a Small Package Deal

Hello BP,

I am submitting an offer on a small package of SFRs and having spoken with the seller they are willing to provide financing for the deal through a land contract or by carrying a note. I would like to sell 2 of the 5 houses after I purchase the package. Is there a way I can structure the financing agreement such that I could sell 2 of the houses without paying the principle associated with the sold houses? If so how would you structure this?

Thank you for your advice.

Probably not. The seller would expect to be paid as would you, if you were on the other side of the deal.
