Buying from over seas owners

Hi everyone. We found a subdivision in the US with 95 parcels that are owned by individuals that live in Norway. We just want to purchase the parcels of vacant land.  We plan to send them all blind offers. We wonder if anyone has closed transactions with over seas owners? We would like to do our own closings because we don't plan to pay more than $5,000 a parcel and we have experience closing in this county. How hard is it to deal with owners overseas? We usually just close by mail. Any problems doing this with over seas owners? How about paying them? Any thing we haven't thought of? Is the process the same as if they were in the US?

Really appreciate tips and experience.

Best,

Erick and Mary
