Absente Owners List and other lead sources
I just got my real estate license and I want to begin prospecting like an investor. Where could I go to find a list of absentee owners? Also, what are some other good target clients other than FSBOs and expired listings (I've called the majority of those in my area). Thank you in advance for the advice!
