I just compiled a list of potential sellers that I got from walking for dollars. Now all I gotta do is make some calls right ... Not so fast! What should I be asking to extract all of the pertinent information that will determine if it is actually a deal? What should know before i ask for permission to get a property under contract and pay for an inspector?  so far i have...

1. Are you interested in selling ?

2. How much are you looking to get for this property. What number makes sense to you?

3. How soon are you looking to sell this property?

4. How long have you owned the property?

5. Are you the only owner?

6. Are there any major repairs that need to be done that you can think of?
