Hey! I recently won an auction on Hubzu for a property. Long story short I don't want to purchase the property myself anymore. There is still a profit margin in the deal. Can I wholesale this property to another buyer If I won in an auction on Hubzu?

I've done it dozens of times.  You'll have to do a double closing, because the seller (bank) contracts on HUBZU listings always contain "no assignment" language.
