@Michael Kiley The adjuster did come out to take a look. But since then the auditor determine only half of the items needed to be fixed and were now my deductible.

Hi I have a rental home in Center Point and Montgomery. I want to see if any agents in that market can help me sell 2 properties. I bought them turnkey from a provider and I haven't had the greatest luck since then! I just finished a rehab on a home and putting a tenant in soon. So I'm looking for someone that can help sell them with tenant in them? I'm not looking to discount it heavily but open to fair market price. Thx
