Hello folks!

Just arrived in Las Vegas NV for an CME conference. Would love to meet like-minded real estate investors for a coffee or refreshments.

I have looked at a few deals 2 years ago, didn't end up pulling the trigger. In any case, lets talk about the Las Vegas market and real estate in general. I love this stuff!
