Looking for Investors and REI friendly attorney in MA

Hi everyone,

So I am new to the REI game and am loving it. I have been going to meetings in my area and introducing myself at auctions and courthouses like crazy. Long story short I have met a landlord who has multiple 3 families and single-family homes in the south shore area. He states the properties are about 50% rented and others need some work. I am going out to properties next week to view them with the owner.

Being new this is my first potential deal as this man is just trying to move everything so he can make his permanent move to FL. Im looking for some investors to possibly wholesale these properties to along with a REI friendly attorney that I will be using going forward.
