Hi all I got offered a 12 unit a deal in Clearwater Florida I was wondering if any of you know the area pretty well or can direct me to a property manager I can contact or have any input whatsoever

@Justin Miles there is already a .com with my name thats not operating and is for sale for $3000 that's a lot more then I wanted to pay for a name

I think I will just go with the .net unless a brilliant idea comes to mind

Creating my Website does it matter if its . com or .net I noticed a lot of people have a . com but the name I like for my co and my website is already taken does it really matter ?????
