Help analyze property in Fishtown, Philadelphia
Hi there, BP family. Who ever is familiar with Fishtown, Philadelphia and have some spare time could you please explain me for educational purposes, what is it in this property, that would make it attractive to investors or flippers .

It is basically a shell missing plumbing, electric, Windows. Basicly there is nothing. It's market value taken of the Phila.gov is 90K
And the asking price is 210k.
It is zoned as single family.
Looking forward to learn from you!

At that price, nothing makes it attractive. Looks like whichever agent listed it listed it way overpriced. Most shells in that area are selling for $130k and under. It will never sell at that price.
