SF Bay Area investors, given the stratospheric increase in home values over the past 3 - 5 years, what are you guys doing with your local property investments. A) Buying more local assets B) Keeping existing property as such but cashing out by pulling equity and reinvesting the same C) Cashing out completely by selling them and if so where are you reinvesting D) No change. Keep the properties as such and collect rent.
