Want to wholesale a property but sellers owe 50K!

Hey BP,

So here is my dilemma: I am new to Wholesaling. And I have meeting setup to look at a property tomorrow of a very motivated couple. Bad news is, I just found out that they still owe 50K on it. The market value of the house is pretty much around that. Even though, they have expressed that they are very flexible on the price they will take, as long as they don't lose money. Any tips on how I can potentially make this work. Even though this would be my first deal, I genuinely want to help them. It was the first house they ever bought as a married couple. They planned on being landlords but neither one of them really have the time. If there is no feasible way to wholesale this property, help them out and still make a profit. Does anyone have any ideas that i could still potentially leave them with?

Thanks in advance,

Jessica Brown

What?!?!! The whole point of wholesaling is to get the property under value of the arv and then sell it to an investor if they owe what’s its worth there’s no way for you to make money on it.
