I am looking to purchase 4 houses from a investor for one price, how do I go about getting a loan to cover all 4. I know I will end up having 4 appraisals, 4 inspections and 4 title search. Do I have to get 4 loans? Or can I get 1 loan to cover xxx amount ?

Replied

You can get a portfolio loan that would cover all of the properties.
