I'm looking to get into real estate and trying to find the best option. I figure I'd try to aggregate the best advice from people with more experience. What are your recommendations for someone looking to get into real estate starting out with $10,000 cash? This is not a hypothetical question.

Matthew Jones I started with $12000 cash, purchased a home with a personal loan for $40k rehabbed it with my $12k and refinanced it for $100k and it rents for $1125.
