Investor Contract Clauses
Hi there fellow investors, I'm a new investor in the Atlanta GA market. . I'm looking to buy my 1st fix n flip property. My question to my fellow flippers is are there any clauses that you insist on putting in your purchase contracts to protect yourselves should you have to back out of a deal?
