Two question- 

How did YOU personally get started wholesaling?

How is anyone finding deals? I feel like wholesaling is one of the most competitive areas of REI so I am not sure how any these days is getting a deal. For instance, many are buying lists from listsource, etc and often times is the same list as hundreds of other investors are buying. So how are you managing to get deals?
