Baltimore City Cash Flow
What part of Baltimore city is the best place to invest to get the best cash flow?

In general if you are investing for cashflow then look in some of the more distressed neighborhoods where you can pick up shells cheap. Baltimore City has a very high property tax rate, so finding neighborhoods where properties are under-assessed can dramatically increase cash flow.
