Finding a great buy and hold property
I am new to real estate investing. I have been studying and trying to learn for about a year. I work in residential Hvac, Plumbing and Electric services for about 9 years. So I have been running properties through the buy and hold calc. on b.p. Can anyone help me understand how to make my criteria for buying the right property? Is buying a property for 100,000 with 20% down that rents for 850 possible? I appreciate any help. Fayetteville, N.C. , Spring Lake surrounding areas is where I’m looking
