Houses are being bought up quick! Now what?!
Hi BP Community,
I've been looking for a place to house hack in and what I have narrowed it down to is 5 bed room house, 2+ bath and price range under $400,000. I'm starting to think that my criteria is the hot thing here in Woodbridge, VA and I should move to either something larger or change the # of beds to 4. Whats your thoughts?
It seems like the houses are being placed under contract within 10 days of being on market. How do I fight this market that doesn't even give the houses a chance to be looked at?
