Anyone set up Wyoming LLC themself

Hi all, I have a Wyoming company that a company set up for me. I decide not to use their service , but they told me I have to find someone ASAP to be my representative in order to keep the anonymity going. I wander anyone have set up on their on and do all the anual filling on your own yet can keep it anonymous . Thanks

There are some, but for the most part the really big companies file in New Jersey, Wyoming, Nevada etc.  However many of the big companies just stay in the state that they do business in.  Probably the most important things to them are that the tax laws are friendly.  The really big corporations are too big and have public disclosures to stockholders.  Liability from suit is the most rare kind of loss.  The dangers of flooding, wind, fire, hurricane, tornado, etc are far more likely than a lawsuit if you run your business right.  There are shysters, and real accidents, but that is what insurance is for.  Ask ANY big player on this site, none of them use these things.
