Lien How do I put a Lien On My Partner Who went Behind My Back

Dear BP community, My partner went behind my back and kicked me Out of a property’s we had an agreement to buy together, how can I put a lien on it ? We had a buy out clause but he is saying he will not pay. Please advise.
