Las Vegas Condo Rentals

Hello BP community,

This is my first ever post in here. My business partner and I are researching a couple of opportunities that have been presented to us in the Las Vegas market. This would mark our first ever real estate investment and while the deal on paper makes sense, I would love to know if anybody has dealt with furnished, short-term rentals in Vegas. Pros? Cons? Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Josh
