Looking for a Title Company in St Louis

Hi, Closing on a 15k SFR in St Louis and looking for a Title company. The Listing agent wants me to close at a Title company of her choice, they are charging $895, it seems a bit over priced for a 15k deal.

Could anyone refer me to one that may do it for less?
