How does Zillow affect my home value?

Recently 2 distressed homes on my street sold for 20 k . 

The Zillow estimate on my house went from 95k to 50k , I’m thinking because of that . 

Now when I sell ,can I expect to only get the price on Zillow , even though my house is the same as it was at 95k last year?
