Hello Everyone,

Seems like I'll be getting stationed in Yuma Arizona in April. Originally I was being sent to Okinawa but that got changed. Anyway, I am very excited to learn about the Yuma market and start seeing whats out there. I am very interested in multi families that I can BRRR. Would love to hear from anybody in the area in the business!

Hey Tim!  Hope you're ready for the hot summers!

Plenty of MFR opportunities in the area. MLS is scarce but there are good deals that pop up every once in a while. Only bad thing is they usually get snagged up pretty quick.

Let me know if I can help you out with anything!
