Lack of one percent rule
Hi,
I am looking for rental house - SFH, and having hard time to find anything close to 1 percent rule (sale price vs rent price). Looking in Katy TX area due to good schools and close to where I live. Any thought recommendations appreciated
Thanks

The 1-2% rule is typically a sliding scale. By that I mean, Class A <1% to where Class D >2%. look in different neighborhoods.
