Daughters name is on property deed but not on trailer house title

If I died and my daughter takes my property over, what about the trailer house that does not have her name on it, but only my name. What happens then??? Does she own the trailer? I have no will of any kind.

Sign the title and put her name as purchaser for the price of $20 . Put it with important papers . When you pass on , all she has to do is get a new title in her name .  Similar to an automobile
