Thanks but how would a will stop my daughter from inheriting everything. I don't want her to get a single thing. I can't afford to hire an attorney and fight this via the courts. Lost cause I guess. 

Thank you very much! I appreciate your time! Fact is...I'm estranged with my daughter for 23 yrs. and she will not sign a quit claim deed so I can get her name off my property. I just wondered if I died, being her name isn't on the mobile home title, if she would not be able to sell the property because of that and would be in a bind. At this point I don't want her to have anything! Pretty sad but it's the way it is. Guess SC state laws would allow her inheritance of ALL. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply but you didn't answer my question. If I died and her name wasn't on my trailer title....what would happen???

If I died and my daughter takes my property over, what about the trailer house that does not have her name on it, but only my name. What happens then??? Does she own the trailer? I have no will of any kind.
