Hello all! I am looking for advice ASAP. I have a potential lead on a property. Backstory The property is deeded to an llc in my state, but the owner (owner A) of the llc does not have any knowledge of buying the property. When I looked deeper into it, based on my interpretation of the documents, it looks like the purchaser of the property used the same exact name of the llc of owner A when he deeded the property to the llc. To make matters a little crazier, the person who bought the property passed away very recently. What the best way to go approach this situation???? Thanks for all of the help!
